Our employees are the heartbeat of our organization. Most of us will sometimes need some assistance, want to pay it forward by volunteering, or even recognize a fellow employee who has gone above and beyond. These programs are designed to take care of our employees and put them and their families first.
BCS Hope Fund
BCS Hope Fund’s mission is to provide financial hope through Christian care. This program offers highly confidential financial help to BCS employees who have experienced an unforeseen crisis or emergency. Some common things we help with include car and home repairs, utility bills, rent, and medical/dental needs.
BCS Cares is a confidential, no-questions-asked program where active BCS employees can get nutritional food items for themselves and their immediate family if the need arises.
Off the Clock
This is a network of volunteers made up of BCS employees from Park Central, Amarillo Town Club, Snack Pak 4 Kids®, and BCS Corporate/Human Resources, helping a wide variety of worthy community service organizations in the Amarillo area. Off the Clock volunteers pick the projects that best fit their desires, giftings, and schedules.

The Power of 110 Employee Recognition Program allows us to recognize the noteworthy contributions of our dedicated and talented staff. This program determines the employee or manager of the month.

BCS Total Wellness + Wellworks For You
Healthy living is a goal for all of us, and the BCS Total Wellness Program is a great step toward reaching that goal! Full-time and part-time employees can earn cash incentives through points earned by completing various components offered through our program.
We’re always looking for great people to join our team, and you can help. If you know someone you think would be a great addition to an open position throughout BCS and who meets the qualifications, it may be worth up to $500.
