GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Performs facility operational activities related to customer services, aquatics programing, pools, and other duties as assigned. Includes, but is not limited to the following essential functions of the job.

EDUCATION: Must be at least a high school or college student.
EXPERIENCE: Work experience in aquatics or pool operation preferred.
SKILLS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Employee must have current CPR and First Aid Certification and Accredited Lifeguard Training Certification. Communication skills, organizational skills, and customer relation skills helpful. Must possess good social skills and poise. Must display good follow-through skills. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Individual must be able to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information related to membership and employee situations.
