A Technical Systems Specialist job involves diverse projects, collaborative opportunities, and professional growth through exposure to new tools and skills. Working for Baptist Community Services in this role, you will be responsible for providing the necessary technical systems analysis services for all areas, including but not limited to, managing and implementing end-user devices including PC’s, mobile devices, and printers,  assisting with assigning, changing, and revoking user access to permit authorized users the minimum necessary access, as well as, implementing, administering, and maintaining various systems such as the nurse call system, badge ID system, and door access systems.  This is a non-exempt, hourly position.  

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

SKILLS: Must be able to read, write, and speak English. A basic level of competency with consumer electronics is required. Previous PC and network support experience is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, Apple iOS, Office, G Suite, and Internet products is required. Knowledge of other industry-standard products, such as Azure and Entra is desirable. Telephone system support experience is desirable. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to comply with the BCS Vehicle Use Policy.

Hours – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Monday – Friday
