Floor Tech – The Continental

Working as a Floor Tech for BCS at Park Central is essential for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Your work prevents hazards like slips and falls, supports infection control, and enhances residents’ well-being. Clean, polished floors also create a positive first impression for families and visitors, reflecting high standards of care.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the housekeeping supervisor, is responsible for maintaining all carpet and hard floor surfaces by following proper procedures and operating appropriate equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Must be able to communicate effectively.
SKILLS: Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

SCHEDULE: Tuesday – Saturday

HOURS: 9:00am – 5:30pm
