Working as a Resident Assistant (RA) at Park Central Retirement Community offers a deeply fulfilling experience, where you can make a direct and meaningful impact on the quality of life for older adults. As an RA, you provide essential support to residents ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, helping to foster a sense of comfort and trust.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Supervisor and Building Manager, serves as communication center for the residents, staff, and other customers.

Schedule:  Midnight – 8:00 am as needed
