GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the FS Supervisor and FS Manager, is responsible for the preparation of food and sanitation, within the framework of BCS policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Must be able to read, write & speak English.  Must be able to make simple math calculations. Proficient in the operation of commercial kitchen equipment.  Must be able to stand for 10 hour shift.

Prefer Food Handlers certificate

Schedule days: Wednesday – Saturday

Hours: 6:00AM – 4:30PM & 7:00AM-5:30PM
