Resident Assistant

The Continental PRN Various shifts Rotating Days Off

PRN means 15 hours per week as needed. Those hours are not guaranteed
Pay starts at $13.00 per hour
Must have **Valid Driver License**

ESSENTIALS OF JOB:
1. Serves as communication center, which includes (constantly):
the evaluation of the needs of incoming calls and needs of guests/employees/residents
consideration of regulatory requirements
evaluation of the quality of services provided
2. Maintains daily documentation of pertinent communications. (frequently)
3. Maintains work orders for maintenance issues and environmental services. (frequently)
4. Responsible for monitoring building traffic. (constantly)
5. Participates as an active member of the facility team to support special projects and activities. (frequently)
6. Must be able to commit the time necessary from an attendance and punctuality standpoint to accomplish the above specified Essentials of Job. (constantly)
Contributes to the ongoing process of establishing and meeting departmental and BCS goals and objectives. Participates in utilizing customer feedback to measure and improve effectiveness of service level.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Previous experience in the operations of PBX and/or secretarial role of a business office is desirable.
PHYSICAL/SPECIAL DEMANDS:
1. Prepare and read memos and instructions.
2. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours.
3. Must lift or move up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance, occasionally; 25 lbs., frequently; 10 lbs., constantly.
4. Must be able to position self to reach floor level to six feet from the floor.
5. Must be able to move throughout the facility.
6. Basic competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
